Clearing your browser's cache and cookies


If you’re experiencing problems with the website, such as experiencing slow load times of pages or images, you may need to clear your browser’s cached files to make it run more efficiently. Google Chrome:


- At the top right of the browser window, click the More icon (three vertically aligned dots)
- Click More Tools > Clear Browsing Data
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time
- Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes
- Click Clear Data


Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11:


- At the top right of the browser window, open the Tools menu by clicking the Gear Icon
- Click Safety > Delete Browsing History…
- Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data
- Check the Temporary Internet Files andCookies options
- Click the Delete button at the bottom


Firefox:


- At the top right of the browser window, click the Menu icon (three vertically aligned horizontal lines) - Click Preferences > Privacy & Security > Clear Data - Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data (this may sign you out of your Cabinets.com account if checked) - With Cached Web Content checked, click the Clear button.


Edge:


- At the top right of the browser window, click the Hub icon (three vertically aligned horizontal lines) - Click Clear all history - Choose the Cached data and files selection - Click Clear


Safari:


- At the top of the screen in the Application Window, click History > Clear History - Choose the time frame you want to clear and click Clear History - If you successfully clear your browser history and are still experiencing issues with the site, please let us know through www.cabinets.com/contact and our representatives will be happy to assist you.
