Drawers yes, doors no. But you can upgrade your doors to include soft close!

Yes!

Do the cabinets come with installation tools or equipment?

No, sorry. You must supply your own tools and equipment.

Do we have a showroom?

No, but we do offer a Free Sample Door program. Just pay a deposit for each door, ship it back to us free, and get a full refund!

Can you purchase over the phone?

No, we only take orders online.

Do any of the cabinets come in other colors or finishes besides those listed on the site?

No, but we love suggestions!

Do we offer kitchen islands?

Our designers use Base Cabinets to construct kitchen islands.

Will your RTA cabinets be shipped with assembly instructions?

No, but videos are available on the website! You can also request paper instructions from Customer Service.

Can I use the cabinets outdoors?

No, we don't sell outdoor cabinets.

Do we sell just doors or drawer fronts or just cabinet boxes without doors or drawers?

No, we only sell complete cabinets.

Do the cabinets come in any other types of wood?

No, only the wood listed on the website.

What is your price-match policy?

The item must be exactly the same product to qualify.

Can I pay extra to have glass included with my Deerfield or Titusville order?

No, we do not ship glass.

Where should I go to buy glass inserts?

From a local glass shop is recommended.

Do you partner with or can you suggest any installers?

No, but we recommend you search for experieced kitchen installer with great reviews or referrals.

Can I adjust/choose my delivery date?

It depends on the shipment. Please contact Customer Service to inquire.

What if I dislike the finished product?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on individual cabinets or entire cabinet orders. Pelase see our refund policy for accessories and hardware.

Can I pick up my shipment do avoid additional shipping costs?
